In this week: Washi Tapes from The Tinted Mint
I came across these Washi tapes from The Tinted Mint at Renegade in Austin (my report here) and bought some for my daughters and they loved using it on paper along with there paints. Some made it into the shop and I have been using it to wrap goods and the customers love it. So we are going to sell it! Here's the scoop about the tapes:
Made of Japanese rice paper, it is an eco-friendly tape that is perfect for crafts and surface decoration in general, from handmade cards to scrapbooking collages to refreshing an old shelf. It can be written on for labeling and used to seal envelopes. Washi tape has a satin finish, is slightly translucent, acid-free, tears easily by hand and leaves no residue after being peeled off from almost anything.
